18 July 2024

Land App, a digital mapping and analysis tool provider based in Norfolk, has been provisionally certified by Farm Data Principles for its commitment to good farm data governance.

The organisation, which has committed to achieving full certification over the next 12 months, has clearly and transparently explained how they will conform to the four principles of good farm data governance set out by Farm Data Principles in all their business activities.

Professor Tina Barsby OBE said,

“We are delighted to welcome Land App as a provisionally certified organisation for good farm data governance. They join an increasing number of organisations who recognise the importance of engaging in a clear and transparent dialogue with their customers when it comes to handling farm-derived data.”
